You will have the ability to cancel or change your confirmed lesson without being charged as long as you make these changes 24 hours before the class starts. You can do this through your online booking calendar. If you change or cancel a confirmed class 12 to 24 hours prior to that class, the changes cannot be guaranteed, but your teacher will try to accommodate your request to the best of their ability. You will not be able to change or cancel your class less than 12 hours before your confirmed class time. No refund will be given to a student who does not attend a confirmed class.
